Making jewellery is
another important creative strand in artist Rose Cecil's life.
With Almost Perfect Rose
creates beautiful, unique
pieces of wearable art.
Necklaces,
bracelets and earrings are created from reclaimed fishing net,
Cornish slate and combinations of semi-precious stones, silver and
pearls.
The photographs here
show examples of her work,
which are available to order.
They are also available in gold if you prefer.
There are many other
pieces in stock, please do phone for information.
Rose is always
interested in hearing your ideas or working with a particular
stone or style.
She is happy to provide a bespoke service to clients wishing to
commission a special piece.
Resident in
Moushole,
Cornwall since 2002, Rose has combined travel with the artistic
process for many years, making pictures and photographs from
expeditions to places as diverse as the Sahara, Tibet, and the
Galapagos Islands.

Concentrating mostly on sculpture and jewellery
these days, Rose exhibits
regularly
with the Newlyn Society of Artists, of which she is a member.
Jewellery is complementary to the sculptural process, affording a
new outlet for Rose's love of beautiful materials and an enjoyable
engagement with her clients.
